What a great time to be Green. Dominated most of a Grey Cup nobody thought we would make it to or make it a close game, won the conference for the first time in 33 years, and had Canada's Junior Team represent us on the world stage in Green and White. What other sports franchise can say that? Look forward to more great moments in 2010. I live in Edmonton and will be waiting to welcome The Nation at the Grey Cup where we will dominate again.

The 2009 Roughriders represent all that is good about this province: quiet strength and courage, humility and comradeship. Despite the final outcome of the game, you came out winners. I've been a rider fan for a long time, but I have never been so proud as I am with this team right now. I dont know if its beacause we finished first after 33 years, or because the Stamps couldn't win against us in 4 trys, or because coach miller recognizes the great Canadian talent we have and is not afraid to use it, or because we made it to the grey cup. What a great time to be green.

The decision by Kavis Reed to take the blame for the "oops", once again shows the class act the Roughrider football club is.The team has had a great year, better than anyone expected and there is no reason to hang your heads. Be proud of yourselves. Your fans sure are.

Born and raised in Regina and I have lived in BC now for 5 years and I've been a rider fan my whole life. BC Place is a tough crowd buts that's OK my blood will always be GREEN. GO RIDERS GO...The cup is coming home.
